Hey Gardeners! 🍂 Autumn has officially arrived in Grow a Garden, and with it comes the highly anticipated Fall Market event. I’ve spent hours diving into the update, and I’m excited to share every detail you need to maximize your Fall Bloom rewards, unlock rare pets, seeds, and gears, and make the most out of this seasonal festival.
If you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to add some mythical and divine pets to your collection or snag those hard-to-get Transcendent seeds, this update is your golden chance. Let’s break it all down so you can hit the ground running.
The Fall Market event is all about celebrating autumn in your garden with new activities, exclusive shops, and seasonal rewards. Unlike previous, grind-heavy updates, this one is designed to be fun, interactive, and rewarding.
Here’s the deal: you’ll be contributing specific plant types to the Harvest Spirit, also called the Fall Tree. Think of it like the Beanstalk event, but smaller and more focused. The tree will display a thought bubble showing which plant type it wants, so there’s no guesswork. Tropical plants, woody plants, berries, flowers—you’ll need a mix of them to trigger the Fall Bloom.
Once you hit 500 Fall Bloom points, the magic begins. The Bloom lasts for five minutes and restocks all four Fall Market shops: Pets, Seeds, Gear, and Cosmetics. Each contribution not only moves you closer to unlocking rare items but also applies the Fall mutation to your crops, increasing their value. Trust me, it’s satisfying to see your garden transform with every Bloom!

Let’s get specific because the points system is key to your success. Every plant rarity contributes differently:
So, if you hand over a Transcendent Maple Resin, you’re giving the Fall Tree 8 points in one go—massive progress toward your next Bloom. I highly recommend prioritizing higher-rarity plants early in the event to unlock the most coveted items faster.
Here’s a quick pro tip: press E at the Fall Tree and choose either “Feed this to the Harvest Spirit” or “Feed all my plants to the Harvest Spirit.” I usually go for the second option—it’s faster and lets you clear out excess crops while maximizing points. You can track your contributions on the board beside the tree to see exactly how close you are to the next Bloom.
There are four shops in the Fall Market, each hosting unique rewards:
You cannot unlock everything immediately. Items become available as you contribute to the Fall Bloom, so the more points you earn, the more rare rewards you can snag. And yes—every shop uses Sheckles, so plan your spending wisely.

Let’s talk pets, because this is where the hype is real. 🐿️
The Fall Pet Shop is located to the left of the Fall Tree in the event hub. You’ll meet Avery, your go-to NPC for pet purchases. Here’s what’s on the menu:
If you’re aiming for the top-tier Divine or Mythical pets, focus on strategically handing over higher-rarity plants to hit the Bloom milestones faster. Personally, I always try to line up my contributions so I unlock the Space Squirrel in my first weekend—it’s adorable and totally worth it!

Next up, the Fall Seed Shop—this is where your garden really grows, literally! 🌱 Head over to Elijah, the NPC running this shop beside the pet shop in the event hub. Here’s what you can pick up:
Pro tip: focus on contributing higher rarity plants first. By the time you unlock Maple Resin, your Fall Bloom contributions will be running efficiently, giving you access to more rewards across all shops.
Gear is where you can upgrade your gardening efficiency and aesthetics. ⚒️ Danielle manages the Fall Gear Shop, located opposite the pet shop. Here’s the breakdown:
I recommend targeting the Leaf Blower, Bonfire, and Golden Acorn first if you want to boost your garden functionality and prestige. The rest are great for aesthetics but won’t speed up your Fall Bloom contributions.
Now for the fun stuff—cosmetics! 🎨 Liam runs the Fall Cosmetic Shop next to the gear shop, and here’s what caught my eye:
Here’s my tip: while the cosmetics don’t boost gameplay, decorating with Fall Fountain or Flying Kite can make your garden feel truly festive, which I personally love during this seasonal event.

Now that we’ve gone through all shops, let me share my pro strategies so you can dominate this event:
By combining strategic plant contributions and timely shop purchases, you’ll unlock the best pets, rare seeds, and legendary gear before the event ends.
The Fall Market 2025 update in Grow a Garden is one of my favorite seasonal events so far. It’s engaging, rewarding, and visually stunning—especially when the Fall Bloom triggers and your garden transforms. 🌟
Whether you’re after the adorable Space Squirrel, the Transcendent Maple Resin seed, or just want to deck out your garden with festive decorations, this event has something for every player.
